Siamo partiti dal presupposto che l'Indie ha numerosissime sfaccettature e comprende diverse subculture, accomunate da una forte presenza di musica e dal ormai celebre slogan “Do It Yourself”. Abbiamo diviso il nostro allestimento in 4 “filoni” principali: Musica(argomento centrale e accomunante), Grafica, Life Style-ideologie e Look/Accessori.
Ovviamente andremo a trattare le fasi principali della corrente in una sorta di time-line, partendo dall'Hippie, passando dal Punk e arrivando fino all’Indie rock moderno più commerciale.

We started from the knowledge that Indie culture has many aspects and includes various subcultures, united by a strong presence of music and the famous slogan "Do It Yourself". We divided our setup in four main categories :
1. Music (central topic and accomunante),
2. Graphics
3. Life Style and ideologies
4. Look / Accessories
Obviously we're going to deal with the main steps of the current in a sort of time-line, starting from Hippies, punk, indie rock and finishing with the modern commercial music.
